Accommodation
Accommodation for participants will be offered in following hotels. Accommodation requests will be handled on first come first served basis. With booking via registration form we offer special rates for symposium participants.
All published rates include 9% VAT and breakfast. CCL reserves the right of accommodation rates change in case of legal VAT change. Unpaid reservations will be released. Accommodation payments will be requested in full in advance to keep the special symposium rates.
For accommodation, following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation by 29 November, 2009 – full refund
Cancellation between 30 November, 2009 and 28 December, 2009 – administration fee 10 % from the paid accommodation amount
Cancellation between 29 December, 2009 and 31 January, 2010 - administration fee 50 % from the paid accommodation amount
Cancellation after 31 January, 2010 – no reimbursement
