Abstracts
Time limit for abstract submission:
30 November, 2009 by midnight (abstracts sent after this limit will not be accepted)
Abstract considering:
Abstracts will be considered by the scientific committee of the Symposium. Abstracts for presentation will be selected according to number of submitted abstracts and their content. Authors will be notified by 10 January, 2010. It is necessary to keep following instructions to enable the abstract quality consideration and its smooth printing in proceedings. Should the abstract fail to comply with the requested conditions, it may be rejected.
Instructions for processing:
Abstracts should be written in Czech, Slovak or English.
The only way of submission is the electronic form.
The abstract must be clearly marked as physican or nurse abstract.
Abstract structure:
The abstract title should be as short and pregnant as possible.
Introductory sentence or article expresses the specific aims of the effort.
Methods: apposite description of applied methods, characteristics of patients, etc.
Results: overview of the main concrete results of the efforts (text, chart, diagram).
Conclusion: as apposite conclusion as possible, eventually consequences for the practice
Use of abbreviations is accepted if they are properly explained in the text.
The entire text should be placed in the form frame.
It is necessary to describe the concrete outcome. Abstracts containing sentences such as „results will be discussed“ will be refused.
