Abstract submission deadline: By 30 November, 2009 midnight, accepted in electronic form only. Abstract received after the deadline cannot be accepted.
Passive participation registration: By 20 December, 2009
Accommodation reservations: Up to kapacity limit, requests will be handled on first come first served basis.
Registration and accommodation booking confirmation will be sent to participants by e-mail or to mailing address presented by participant in the registration form.
